Sack Posset: Huddersfield Factfile #2 - A Town of Discoveries
http://sackposset.blogspot.com/2012/02/huddersfield-factfile-2-town-of.html
I am a green glass bottle full of filth and bees. View my complete profile. Hints From The Universe. Once More With Feeling. Pissed as a Newt. Quote of the Week. Things To Make and Mend. This week at SPH. What I am playing at. Wednesday, 8 February 2012. Huddersfield Factfile #2 - A Town of Discoveries. Not everything that’s found is reported, of course. There aren’t many people who know about the horn that turned up in Honley, or the skink tongues of Scapegoat Hill. A lot of people k...I find things too...

How does my garden grow? Just another WordPress.com weblog. This year I am going to…. January 2, 2010. 8230;I take a lot of very similar photos, but togging isn’t nearly as much fun if you don’t do things you enjoy. My weakness for waterdrops continues. Responses to “I know…”. Slippy slidey | How does my garden grow?
https://nezza.wordpress.com/2010/01/03/slippy-slidey
How does my garden grow? Just another WordPress.com weblog. All in the best possible taste. January 3, 2010. I tried to go up the Wrekin today. So did an awful lot of other people. I’ve never seen so many cars at the bottom – I was almost parked in Little Wenlock. I decided to go right around the Wrekin instead – which, as it turned out, was just as slippery in places, but nowhere near as much up and downing, so not as lethal! Presumably it did have a use once upon a time.). I got back home safely and ha...

All in the best possible taste | How does my garden grow?

How does my garden grow? Just another WordPress.com weblog. All in the best possible taste. January 10, 2010. The picture below is a little montage of a funny moment I had yesterday. It’s been very, very cold here in the UK lately, and it dawned on me the other day that I hadn’t turned my outside tap off from the inside. I know it’s a little naughty, but I’m sure you’ll agree it’s just a tad dildo-esque! Sadly, today the temperature has risen a bit and my ice dildo is no more. Feed for this Entry. This y...

Twirling In The Light: Viele Danke
http://twirlinginthelight.blogspot.com/2013/05/viele-danke.html
Twirling In The Light. Saturday, May 18, 2013. I've been very lucky in a lot of ways. Since I was last here I've been fortunate enough to travel to Germany for work, to the beautiful medieval city of Regensburg. It worked out cheaper for me to fly on a Saturday and have an extra day there than to fly on Sunday, so I had the chance to explore a little. Greg, five years ago you could only have dreamed of this, as almost everything in your present life. Wonderful. Sunday, May 19, 2013 10:27:00 am. Backwards...

Twirling In The Light: I Got The Music In Me
http://twirlinginthelight.blogspot.com/2013/01/i-got-music-in-me_1.html
Twirling In The Light. Tuesday, January 01, 2013. I Got The Music In Me. I work with words all day. Comparing them, refining them, editing them, finding ways to organise them to convey their meaning more clearly. I've said before that this sometimes means that I'm "worded out" when I get home and can't find the enthusiasm to blog. This state of affairs cannot be allowed to continue. That is all, just :). Doris Mash: January 2013
http://doris-mash.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Life is a bowl of mashed potato:. Sometimes lumpy; sometimes smooth and creamy;. And sometimes it has interesting bits in it! Thursday, 31 January 2013. Thai massage followed by a facial. In addition, at home we had the makings of hollandaise sauce: unsalted butter, eggs, lemons and literally a dash of cayenne pepper. I've never made it before and used the blender method and oh my goodness how perfect is it? Warrior - Fast 5 diet. Wednesday, 30 January 2013. It was certainly in a much nicer state than wh...

Doris Mash: April 2013
http://doris-mash.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Life is a bowl of mashed potato:. Sometimes lumpy; sometimes smooth and creamy;. And sometimes it has interesting bits in it! Thursday, 25 April 2013. A study in bread. In order of play. This was my very first loaf of bread. Made just two weeks ago to the day using a simple Paul Hollywood recipe. Inside the same loaf. I do not yet fully understand the terminology such as what is a good crumb, all I know is I was amazed and impressed and it tasted good. First up was my "granary" loaf using malted grain fl...

Doris Mash: November 2013
http://doris-mash.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Life is a bowl of mashed potato:. Sometimes lumpy; sometimes smooth and creamy;. And sometimes it has interesting bits in it! Thursday, 28 November 2013. Scones baked in Halogen cooker. We've had this new toy now for a couple of weeks and it has been proving its worth. I finally whipped up some scones using the Mary Berry Devonshire Scones Recipe. With the added trick of freezing the flour first for about 30 minutes and then rubbing in soft butter. Wednesday, 27 November 2013. One of those days. In truth...
