That's really going to help me start of this school year as a minister (and a student now) off right. It's going to be a great year. Easy Citrus Salmon Steaks. 2 fresh or frozen salmon steaks cut 1 in. thick (about 1 pound). 2 teaspoons finely shredded lemon or orange peel. 2 tablespoons black pepper. 2 tablespoons sliced green onion.
