The Things We Do. To keep ourselves amused! Wednesday, September 23, 2009. We Have a New Pet - Temporarily at Least. Josh absolutely loves his class and teacher. They had a pet frog named Hopper. Hopper had been around for a few years and finally "croaked" last weekend. His teacher was devastated! She'd had Hopper for several years and the kids all loved him! The Things We Do. To keep ourselves amused! Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Summer Vacation, thus far. So, we’ve had a very busy 3 weeks! So busy that I have not had any time to update the blog! This is what we’ve been up to the last 3 weeks! It all started Father’s Day Weekend with a 5K race here in Kennesaw. All 4 of us ran – Sam ran in the 1 Mile – and he did great! He came in 4th! Just missed a trophy! He showed us all up and came in 2nd in his age group! But he paid for it! It took him 5 days to recover!

On Sunday we went to Borders to grab a "treat" at the coffee shop and do some last minute Christmas Shopping. We love going there on cold winter mornings because we can look around, the boys can get excited about what books they want and we can go get a coffee and a treat at the cafe!
