Saturday, February 13, 2010. The Great Helium Balloon. Today Natalia went to a birthday party, and came home with a blue, star-shaped balloon, cowboy hat, and green balloon sword. Later I did a small test. On the way home, in the car, I tried to pinch it, and could not. But when we got outside, I could pinch it so that the material touched. But when we got inside it blew up again. That proves that in different temperatures, air moves into particles. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Where would you want to live.

Saturday, January 9, 2010. Out Of This World. Yesterday my mom, my sister Natalia and I went to the Space Museum. Then we found out that the museum would be closed for another 2 and a half hours because of a Russian New Years party for orphans. Luckily a few days before mom saw a newspaper article saying that right behind the Space Museum there is a exhibit of space related ice sculptures. Here is a list of the 3 most. A balcony-like platform on a hill with a slide. Enjoy this alien-colored writing!

ikatya: Troika Ride
http://ikatyainmoscow.blogspot.com/2010/01/troika-ride.html
Sunday, January 3, 2010. On a 3 horse troika ride at Kolomenskoe. It was 10 minutes long, and 2 circles, but it was so much fun. It was my grandma's ( Tina in CT's ) dream to do this. It was a little hard to get a troika, but totally worth it. After that we had a tour of Kolomenskaya. We got to go in to the summer cabin of Peter the 1. Did you know he was 2 meters 40 sentimeteres tall ( sorry I only know the metric system. ). The big nail on the pole shows how tall he was. January 3, 2010 at 11:28 AM.
