Sunday, September 28, 2014. The Greatest Show on Earth! On Saturday, my parents treated us to a trip to the circus! And we had a blast! What a FUN show! Nixyn had her moments. She mostly just wanted to see the elephants and other animals the whole time and would get a little frustrated when they'd leave the arena, "Where are the elephants/horsies/tigers going? Saturday, August 22, 2015. Just in the last week both boys have had birthday parties to attend - Krew got to go to a fancy place called Top Golf, and Sway got to go to a soccer party. Krew's primary class had a swimming party at his teacher's house, Krew has baseball tryouts (for fall season) today, and tonight we have a summer party with our church ward. Friday, February 27, 2015. Horrendous Pink Eye and The Never Ending Cough. After 5ish days I didn't feel like any progress was being made. He was waking up with coughing fits several times at night and super early in the morning, usually waking everyone else up with him. Saturday, May 30, 2015. One of the many things I love about Mike's new job is the fact that he now gets paid holidays! That means he got to spend all Memorial Day weekend with us! We really didn't do anything huge, but it was nice to just kinda relax, take it easy, stay up way too late, eat way too much junk food, and be together. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Birthday Party with Friends. We played one game between pizza and cake:. Even though it was ugly it still tasted good ;). Swimming and playing some games:. All of the boys:. Krew got super spoiled by his friends. They all gave him gift cards to Academy Sports (big sporting good store here in Texas, kind of like Dicks). Saturday, July 11, 2015. A week late, but finally (mostly) caught up :). Our 4th of July was pretty low key, but I think that's how we like it (especially Mike). Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Well the little fart has surprised us again. Yup! Up and down stairs.face first. There is no jumping in and getting feet wet for this kid. He dives in head first into everything he does. Just ask our tables and chairs, he is always hitting them with his noggen! Then he gets mad at them. Typical Brooks I guess.
