It was SUPER YUMMY! 16 oz can pumpkin. 1 cup vegetable oil. 4 eggs, beaten. 2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 jar caramel ice cream topping. 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream and a bit of sugar. Here is another favorite for Christmas Morning. 1 1/2 cups cubed ham. 1 cup shredded swiss cheese. 1/4 cup chopped onion. 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix. 1 Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate.
