Here are photographs I've made through the last ten years in the Indiana Dunes State Park and the adjoining National Lakeshore. There are lots more, but as I reviewed, these seemed to best embody essentials and high points of my walks. There's not much that is "natural" here. Every picture reflects the imposed frames of our culture, its values, its ways of organizing experience, experiences made meaningful by our shared cultural language.
