Saturday, September 5, 2009. Leaving Casper, Doug and I had all day to get to Boulder, Colorado. We opted to avoid I-25 for most of the trip, and used 487 instead. This was a lovely, remote ride thru the Rattlesnake Range and the Laramie Mountains, though "flatter" than this might sound. We grabbed lunch to-go in Laramie and rejoined the interstate at Fort Collins, where we rode for another hour into Boulder. What little I absorbed of Boulder felt good.
