The J-Bar: 12.04
http://4j93.blogspot.com/2004_12_01_archive.html
Den of Iniquity: Where in the world is 4J93? Despite my weakened condition and sour disposition, I opened my doors to my brothers for another Christmas party. This is what, four years in a row? Happy to have you nonetheless. The Boys started arriving at around 8:30, bearing food fit for kings. I couldn't touch it though but why let that spoil the party? Some of the usual suspects couldn't make it, but they were there in spirit. And boy there was a lot of that. Posted by Jay at 5:48 PM. MsPabia remarking ...

Den of Iniquity: Where in the world is 4J93? Posted by Ryan at 5:21 PM. Here's something interesting: an inside look at the creation of Image Comics. I found this article pretty interesting as I remember getting into the comics bandwagon again during my high school days- after a long hiatus- because of the rise of Image. Prior to that, I usually collected Marvel/ DC titles in grade school. However, one good memory I had was finding a good copy of McFarlane's Spawn. Posted by banzai cat at 2:17 PM. Unfort...

Everything under the sun. Everything, and nothing. Wednesday, March 31, 2004. Is a bit slow in repairing the signal problems I've been having since the 29th. I can't even watch TV without getting severe eye strain. So, I found the perfect activity to do while I'm waiting for the repair crew to arrive. Taken by Micki, my wife. She's been snapping pictures left and right ever since she got that new phone. Posted by Rhochie @ 4:20 PM. It's official. Summer. Posted by Rhochie @ 4:55 AM. Hail to the Chief.

Everything under the sun. Everything, and nothing. Tuesday, October 19, 2004. After weeks of putting it off, I've finally done the dirty business of reformatting and installing Windows XP on my office computer. It was a lot of work, I had to make sure I had all the necessary files and drivers should they be needed. And as unlucky as I am, I didn't have everything I need. May God bless her soul. Posted by Rhochie @ 11:46 PM. Monday, October 04, 2004. Crossed Wires and Being Feared. Now, I consider myself ...

Den of Iniquity: Where in the world is 4J93? Another one bites the dust. Geez, we're dropping off like flies. Kinda anyway. I just got Ching's text message this morning about Fely. I also read Jig's email message. So that's how many from our batch again? And considering we're only breaching 30s? I know we weren't close but still, it's sad. Anyway, this post is for the ones who've gone ahead, like Allan Abad, Woo Ortiz, and all the rest. Posted by banzai cat at 10:24 AM. Posted by Jay at 8:47 PM. Posted b...

Everything under the sun. Everything, and nothing. Wednesday, May 30, 2007. The call came in early this morning informing me that this. Was ready for pick up. Lucky for me, I had a meeting near the area. Now, all I have to do is find enough space for it. Image courtesy of HobbyLink Japan. Posted by Rhochie @ 8:22 PM. Everything under the sun.: PayPal and the Philippines

Everything under the sun. Everything, and nothing. Friday, October 05, 2007. PayPal and the Philippines. It has been a year since PayPal was made available to Philippine users. Back then, locals were only allowed to send money. Good enough, if you are buying stuff online, I guess. Numerous petitions were made to allow local users to receive funds as well. And finally, after a year of waiting, PayPal has added the Philippines in it's list of countries that can:. Now, who will this benefit?
Everything under the sun.: The 360
http://pooraim.blogspot.com/2007/03/360.html
Everything under the sun. Everything, and nothing. Sunday, March 25, 2007. Last week, I picked up my order for a(n) XBox. 360 Premium Ed., an extra wireless controller and four titles: Gears of War. Ghost Recon - Advanced Warfighter. For my wife). I've been saving up to buy the console since January and I must say that it's worth every cent. Setting up the system is pretty straightforward, much like the Nintendo Wii. Playing alone is great, but connecting to XBox. Is mostly lag-free, even the VoIP. Just ...

Everything under the sun. Everything, and nothing. Saturday, July 24, 2004. The Solar Channel has been showing Stargate SG-1. For some time now, and I have grown quite fond of the series. Partly because of McGyver. Come on, who wasn't addicted to that show? I learned how to freeze water with just a Swiss knife and a pack of gum, with a little help from a canister of liquid nitrogen. Anyway, I was pleased to learn that they are making a spin-off series, Stargate Atlantis. Posted by Rhochie @ 12:05 AM.

Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Planned Parenthood, the world’s leading provider of abortions, has been caught in three embarrassing hidden camera sting videos, which show doctors secretly negotiating the sale of babies’ body parts. Planned Parenthood has issued a statement saying no laws were broken, which is a lie both Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon would appreciate. They claim that selling the remains is routine, but if so, why the negotiations? Bill O’Reilly said on his show that America is on the br...

Thursday, May 28, 2015. Garden You Didn't Grow. Last year I added green onions to my garden for the first time. While it wasn’t exactly a bumper crop, I did get a few decent onions. This year, however, I didn’t plant any onions. That’s why I was quite surprised to find the onion, pictured above, growing in my yard this year. The onion is easily three feet high and puts off a great onion aroma. But there was a warning: don’t forget the God who blesses you. We are prone to do the same thing today...Getting...

Saturday, June 30, 2012. I really, and I mean really appreciate you writing this book. While I may differ on finer points, the main essence of this book is hit hard and well. Your third chapter is something I would shout from rooftops and always wondered "Why can't someone explain embryology to the common man? Posted by Tommy Mann. Pat, PhD., Retired Professor.
