By the way, now that I've got the new blog properly humming with new content and frequent updates, I'm very much interested to know what you think about it. Are the posts interesting? Do you read any of the longer stuff? Are the 'link posts' useful? What would like to see more of? What would you add? What would you lose? Have you discovered anything that doesn't work? Tom Noir. Reveling In Moments: December 2010
http://enraptbyhope.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 24, 2010. An unexpected day off because of weather/road conditions, so I'm home instead and getting a head start on cooking for tomorrow (now instead of tonight? The apartment smells delish. Made or in process:. Better green bean casserole. Mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Crustless quiche (egg, green onion, bacon). A different kind of gift. I was supposed to have worked, but because a winter storm and slick roads and adequate coverage at work, I am instead at home. I love this :).

Wednesday, July 28, 2010. I am so beyond distracted. I have been browsing the interwebs and imagining the sort of knitty goodness I could create! I love the lines (and color! Little girl sweaters = love. A sweet stripey cardi. And then this more demure (but still fun! And then this lovely ribbed-cuffed number - here. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand. some super cute bebe clothes. That, after looking at those adorable pics, make me want to talk my hubby into Kids. Now! Plus, knitted TOYS. A dog in a blanket. Valentine...

Reveling In Moments: June 2010
http://enraptbyhope.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Progress toward a relaxing summer. I finished a major paper for one of my summer classes today. The formatting was vexing, but it is FINISHED and turned in and I'm now done with that class! Next, I need to start studying for CLEP tests, researching test locations and dates/times, and working on homework for a class I'm taking in August. So bright and happy and cheery :D. It doubles as my craft room :) Also, a lady from church was super sweet and gave me. Also on the Projects To ...

Reveling In Moments: February 2011
http://enraptbyhope.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 26, 2011. Our apartment was still decorated with greenery and light blue and white and silver and sparkles and snowflakes. Last week, in a fit of longing for spring (and perhaps a much-needed break from homework! A friend and I headed to Michaels to check out their new merchandise. I had an idea of what I was looking for, but not a specific list :). 1) florals for a new arrangement. 2) maybe wreath-making materials. 3) possibly some other spring-ish decor. Friday, February 25, 2011.

Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Student teaching at last! All these years of college and summer classes and homework and studying are finally paying off :). I'm now midway through Week 3 of my first student teaching placement in an amazing 4th grade classroom! Lesson planning, unit planning, getting to know students, teaching lessons, watching the time and getting us to specials on time. I'm honestly loving it all. My body, however, would appreciate significantly more sleep! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://enraptbyhope.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 7, 2011. It's here- At last, it's here! Spring isn't, actually- today, it's snowing. But spring break. Is here, which is good enough for me :). As a teacher-to-be-in-training, there are myriad projects to complete and expectations to be met, so rather than a really-truly break. This week is more like "Spring-Diminished-Workload! Exactly, I'll be writing the lesson I teach tomorrow in the same classroom. It's a math lesson about making change (money! Over the rest of the week (between time w...
