Inhuman Conditions for Palestinian Women Political Prisoners. From Tony (at present in East Jerusalem, having so far failed to get into Gaza):. On January 18, 2004, half of the political women prisoners were moved from Neve Tirza to Hasharon prison. The lawyer Tagrid Jahshan visited them on 21 January and this is her report. This place is much worse than the previous one. And the conditions are unacceptable. Many of the prisoners cells are underground.

Training and racing for over 65s. Sunday, 19 August 2012. Another week over. Did 23k at an average of 5.59/k. This included my longest run for a long time- 10.1k in under an hour. I hope this will lead to some improvement as I seem to be getting a bit fitter. I may include a 1k time trial in my training to try to lengthen my stride, and go faster. Saturday, 11 August 2012.
