Girls = 5, Boys = 4. Sunday, June 8, 2014. School is out, and Family is in! June 6 was my 45th birthday, and it was the last day of school! On the last day of school at Park Ave., we have a softball game, teachers vs. 5th graders. To begin, the whole school said the pledge of allegiance, followed by singing happy birthday to me (thanks to Mr. Dahlen). It was fun! Tony showed up during the game with flowers and left cupcakes in my classroom. What a sweetheart! June 22, Mallory and Maddie arrive. YES!

Girls = 5, Boys = 4. Sunday, May 6, 2012. I go every Wednesday night for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, and I enjoy looking at the census records and such. I saw an entry when my Grandma Gertrude was 6 years old. It's weird to think of my grandma at the age of 6! Makes you look at old pictures as real people who had real lives. Families are forever! 5 Girls and a Boy. Megan, Trevor, and Andrew are still far, far away in Alabama, but we are going to see them this summer. Can't wait! 5 Girls and a Boy.

Girls = 5, Boys = 4. Friday, November 22, 2013. I feel that I will not be able to help them even be close to where they need to be. Challenging them is the best thing that can happen, but will I be able to do it? How can I get my kiddos who are 2 grade levels below where they should be to move up? I will keep digging, studying, and pushing to challenge myself as well as them. We have no where to go but up! 5 Girls and a Boy. Sunday, November 17, 2013. Girls = 5, Boys = 4. Saturday, November 26, 2011. 5 December 2010 is the day I became a grandma! It seems strange that a year has gone by since then, and I still am amazed that I have a little guy living in Alabama that has a hold of my heart. Megan and Trevor are wonderful parents. I remember watching them together that first night they brought Andrew home with them. They tag-teamed and helped each other, and Trevor was concerned for Megan's health and recovery. It was a sweet experience!

Girls = 5, Boys = 4. Friday, August 27, 2010. Week w/ Megan and Trevor. It was great seeing Megan and Trevor again! Her belly looks so cute, and the little one kicked quite often. He's very active! Hope they enjoy their student teaching and new job respectively, not to mention settling in to their new apartment in Springville. 5 Girls and a Boy. Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Madeline just turned 15, but is focusing on December. She will be able to take her permit test and start driving! 5 Girls and a Boy.

Friday, March 28, 2014. Oso Landslide - Our Mission to Help Support a Co-Worker's Family. March 22nd, our Reece Trucking and Excavating and Northwest Construction Services Family was hit with an enormous loss. The Oso landslide claimed one of our own, 21yr old Alan Bejvl, his fiance Delaney Webb, and her Grandparents, Thom and Marcy Satterlee. Please help us in trying to alleviate any of the extra burden to our loved one's families brought on by this unimaginable devastation. Please Give.and Give BIG!
