Traveling with the Travers. Tuesday, May 18, 2010. Re-Routed Through Zurich, Switzerland. If one is going to miss one's first day of touring in Cairo - wouldn't it be nice to be sent to Zurich? Well - it wasn't much of a "stay" in Switzerland, but at least we can say we were there! Sadly, the ash cloud did not keep us stranded in Zurich nearly as long as we would have liked.
