Friday, November 19, 2010. Day 6: Photo that makes me laugh. There are many pictures that make me laugh but this one is my favorite. This is my Grandma Kathie. She is hilarious! My entire life she has brought so much laughter, smiles, celebration, hugs, and life to the party. I love her. You can clearly see why. I can't just post one. There is another picture that cracks me up every single time I look at it. Our friends Josh and Karly are hilarious people! It never fails.I bust up every time I see it!

Thursday, December 30, 2010. Day 11: My Favorite Film. This is a really hard one for me because I LOVE so many movies. My favorite for the last few years has been the new Pride and Prejudice. Before that movie my all time absolute favorite is Forrest Gump! I love how history is incorporated into that story. It's fantastic. Taste of Home Magazine: Charlene Griffin]. 1-1/2 lbs. ground hamburger. 1/2 of a medium onion (any kind that you like- I used red and some green onion). 1/2 tsp minced garlic (if you don't have this just use garlic powder). 1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce (medium is my preference). 1/2 cup salsa (I used Pace Mild - it's our favorite). 1-1/2 cups cottage cheese (I used 1%). 8 flour tortillas (I think I used less). Add 1/2 cup salsa.
