Trish's (Fast and Easy) Delish Dish. What are you making for dinner? 2 tsp sugar divided. 10-20 plums, pitted and halved. 1 egg and 1 egg white. Preheat oven to 375 F. Butter a pie plate and sprinkle with 1 tsp sugar. Trish's (Fast and Easy) Delish Dish. What are you making for dinner? These are my new fave muffins. I feel good about feeding my kids these, with the whole oats and Kamut flour and yummy berries. Everyone loves these muffins and they are nice and easy due to skipping the cream butter and sugar step. Try them with any fruit combo: Apples and Raisins, raspberries/blueberries, peach/blueberry, rhubarb/strawberry, dried cherry/choc chip? 1/3 cup of butter cut into chunks. 1 1/3 cups Kamut or all purpose flour.

I love my lemon squares really lemony and tart and after several years of attempts (and failures) I found the perfect lemony-tartness by using Sherriff’s lemon pie filling mix. Who knew? All that zesting and squeezing for what? Anyhoo, these are easy and a crowd pleaser, plus they look really pretty next all the brown and white cookies that we have a around this time of year.
