I think it is better if I post every day.especially since I did not write down what I did last week. Sigh. April 6 - Did not swim, went for 50 minute fast walk. April 7 - Walk/ran for 20 minutes. April 8 - Pretty sure I swam 28 laps, walked 50 minutes. April 9 - Off. April 10 - Swam 32 laps, did not bike. April 12 - Off. Monday, April 6, 2009.

For some insane reason, I looked up a program some friends were telling me about called "One Hundred Push Ups. And then I did a bunch of push ups. And now my right shoulder hurts. Arg. As if training for a triathlon wasn't enough. Update: 5450 yards or a little over 3 miles. Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Week 4; Day 3: Wednesday. Daily learning / random notes:. Wednesday, July 8, 2009. Dismal failure or unrealistic expectations. Ok - I am not even going to discuss the title of this post. FYI - I am referring to this blog - not to my training. Seriously though, I am still plugging away - just not with the same fervor that I started with. Working backwards, here is what I have been up to:. Rode my bike yesterday for 50 minutes. I forgot my water! Swam 1/3 mile on Monday. Also did a 1.5 hour hula hoop dancing class. Sunday I went for a hike for about an hour.

W built a cool coop using some old cedar fencing from a friend (thanks D and D). Our chicks are all female despite the names! Diasporange is the act fleeing a political jurisdiction to avoid changing political climate. For example, this legislation. Thursday, September 10, 2009. Recipe - Tostones with Sauce. 2 Tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp white vinegar. 8 oz can of tomato sauce. In mortar and pestle, crush garlic and salt into a gooey paste. Add olive oil and white vinegar and stir. Add tomato sauce and stir until well mixed. Tuesday, October 28, 2008. Yesterday we took the family to Sushiland which is a sushi place with a conveyor belt which the kids call the "sushi train". It was a mad frenzy of plates flying as the kids jockeyed for position to get their favorites. We finally had to physically move G away from the conveyor belt since he kept picking things he wouldn't even try. Winner of the "best sushi eater" of the evening?
