Where Megan discusses knitting and pretends she's not really studying for a Master's. Wednesday, January 17, 2007. Not only is fall semester over, but some of my projects have also come to completion. Yarn: Malabrigo, I don't remember the color, one skein, from a LYS. Yarn: Rowan Cashsoft DK (I think) a seafoam color, one skein. Comments: This was actually the fourth hat I knit, but the only other that I remembered to photograph. The beads are pearlescent seed-beads, I think size 6 (? I used this method.

Where Megan discusses knitting and pretends she's not really studying for a Master's. Wednesday, March 21, 2007. One is the Loneliest Number. I may have said it before, but I have a little crush on Eunny Jang. Who is about to become the newest editor of IK, congrats! Before her, I had never felt the need to try colorwork. I also never thought about making mittens, let alone fingerless ones. But then along comes Eunny with her Endpaper Mitts. There's just one problem - the pattern is for Endpaper Mitt.

Barefoot Knits: Catching up, or: I suck
http://barefootknits.blogspot.com/2006/11/catching-up-or-i-suck.html
Where Megan discusses knitting and pretends she's not really studying for a Master's. Sunday, November 12, 2006. Catching up, or: I suck. So I am aparently not so good at keeping up with the blog. This probably isn't a huge problem at this point, because as far as I know, I'm the only one who looks at my blog anyway. But I am going to try to be better, especially right now as I am avoiding studying for my biostats exam. In order to catch up, I'm going to try and add all of my (photographed) fo's now.

Barefoot Knits: Blockages
http://barefootknits.blogspot.com/2007/07/blockages.html
Where Megan discusses knitting and pretends she's not really studying for a Master's. Friday, July 20, 2007. I spent most of June in and out of the hospital. I'm just fine, but, as turns out, my dad was not. What seemed as though was going to be a routine cardiac catheterization (with the possibility of angioplasty) ended up resulting in major bypass surgery. Anyway, this was all shocking for me, who thought he was taking care of himself. All this would have been bad enough, but was made exponentially wo...
