Okay so I am trying to blog more but not a lot happens to me and I never have cute pictures of what has happened. but anyway, Thanks for voting everyone the Aviary got the money that it desperately needed! And so did the Zoo! I was so afriad that they wouldn't get it because they couldn't advertise like the zoo did. So hurray it gets to stay and improve the buildings and build a new area for the park! Oh and another thing!

So last night I was channel surfing hoping to find something new and exciting since most of the shows are all reruns I wasn't putting out much hope. But lucky for me I found something! Its this new show on ABC that is called Wipeout. Its a reality TV show where people have to try to have the best time on an obstacle. Now people falling is some what funny but what really makes the show is the commentators.

I had to close them for a minute or two after the first hour and then I needed a nap. another reason why you shouldn't take your kids to this movie! I can't help it if I am bored and she is the only one to talk too! But I am positive if I was in her shoes i would be annoyed with me too so I can't really be mad. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. It's school time again! Oh, and the kids are sooooo excited! This year Caleb is the big man at Elementary School as a 4th grader and Jewelia starts 2nd grade. Caleb didn't voice his opinions of school too much, but Jewelia was busting at the seams to how excited she was. I had to convince him that he could actually leave stuff in his locker overnight and that he didn't have to bring home every single book and notebook every afternoon. Monday, January 23, 2012. Micah's 12 Year Old Photo Shoot. Micah is a big 12 year old now. We took him to get his 12 year old pictures taken. First we had him dress nice. The photographer informed me that his tie was a bit too long. Well, I don't know how to tie a tie and oh well to that. So, we hid it with a suit coat. Then, enough of the serious stuff, lets bring out some fun props! We brought both of Micah's guitars. I thought this was very much a "Beatles" shot:. Yeah, let's put on the guitar shirt.

Thursday, September 8, 2011. A Lot of Firsts for Macey. Macey has had a lot of firsts this past month. We enrolled her in a ballet class at the same dance studio Micah and Jewelia dance at, and she dressed up all pretty to go,. Wednesday, May 25, 2011. A few months ago we were volunteered to be in a church play. Finally this past Saturday we got to perform it. It was a very interesting play. Very corny. As you can see, the kids and I were all jungle warriors. They thought it was fun. Troy was a jungle warrior too, but I didn't get his picture. Monday, July 11, 2011. Summer is in full swing now. Of course I had to torment the family just a small bit to take a family picture in the nice green backyard. It is July and we actually get a break from our usual busy lives. There are no dance classes or cub scouts. The kids do still have their music lessons, but it is good to keep up the practice.
