Always Giving Thanks: Long Distance Love
http://alwaysgivingthanks.blogspot.com/2014/02/long-distance-love.html
Life, Marriage, and Growing Our Family after Coming Home. Friday, February 14, 2014. It's kind of interesting because fear is what I needed to get over when she was being born. Literally, I asked the doula to tell me to release my fears and out she came. I am not sure what it is about this little determined, inquisitive, contemplative, precise little girl that makes my heart wonder if I am doing this right. I wonder if I can give her everything she needs. I wonder if she is me. Stephanie @ Blessed to Be.

Always Giving Thanks: January 2013
http://alwaysgivingthanks.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Life, Marriage, and Growing Our Family after Coming Home. Friday, January 25, 2013. 7 Quick Takes Friday. CR is a week old. Already. Wow. Somehow in the last 10 days AG has gone from being a baby to being eligible to be drafted by the NFL (at least size-wise). What? It's not possible for a two year old to play football and she's a girl? What a difference just a matter of days can make. I am older and wiser (ha! Starting Tuesday we will have three weeks straight of grandmas! Links to this post. Thanks to ...

Always Giving Thanks: July 2012
http://alwaysgivingthanks.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Life, Marriage, and Growing Our Family after Coming Home. Wednesday, July 18, 2012. Snicks and I are currently re-evaluating our child care situation for AG and H.P. (Half-Pint - new nickname). We like where AG is currently but are hoping to save a little bit of money because come next March we're going to be paying for two (eek! In the end, we want AG to be in a place where she is loved, nurtured, and invited to learn - regardless of the teaching philosophy. I am thankful for any help or input provided!

Always Giving Thanks: Being a Statistic
http://alwaysgivingthanks.blogspot.com/2014/06/being-statistic.html
Life, Marriage, and Growing Our Family after Coming Home. Wednesday, June 25, 2014. We are now a "statistic" - we are one of those couples who "accidentally" get pregnant after years of trying the first (and second) time around. And it seems like people like to remind us that we are a statistic. It's mildly annoying to have people say it. More annoying, though, is the little glimmer of my past-self who is grimacing at my annoyance instead of celebrating this pregnancy in all of its glory. 6/25/14, 7:26 PM.

http://alwaysgivingthanks.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Life, Marriage, and Growing Our Family after Coming Home. Sunday, August 19, 2012. Back from an Impromptu Break. Hello! My apologies. I didn't mean to take a blogging break but, alas, life happened and I needed to step away from reading and writing for awhile. I have missed you all and feel guilty for disappearing with no apparent reason. Lots has been happening out in the blogosphere - wow! It's so exciting to see projects that are coming together and families expanding. Kiddos - AG is cute as ever, qui...

Always Giving Thanks: Survival Mode
http://alwaysgivingthanks.blogspot.com/2014/07/survival-mode.html
Life, Marriage, and Growing Our Family after Coming Home. Sunday, July 6, 2014. I feel horrible. I keep telling Snicks that it must be a boy because a girl wouldn't do this to her mother. At this point I am surviving on plain bread or toast, hot and sour soup, and hearts of palm. I just wish the hearts of palm weren't $4.50 a can! This (nausea) too shall pass. Dont they sell those things at a motherhood maternity.and who eats hearts of Palm by the can? 7/7/14, 7:30 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Life, Marriage, and Growing Our Family after Coming Home. Tuesday, December 25, 2012. Merry Christmas (with a confession). Merry Christmas to you and yours! I have noticed a pattern in my blogging. I am faithful to sharing my story when I am more attentive to my faith. So. you can probably see that I have been in a bit of a spiritual drought. Thanks to my prayer buddy (who are you? When I am more confident in things I will definitely share more. :). I am so thankful that we had a white Christmas! It is t...

Always Giving Thanks: November 2012
http://alwaysgivingthanks.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Life, Marriage, and Growing Our Family after Coming Home. Wednesday, November 7, 2012. 30 Days of Thanks (7) - Comfort Foods. I think food is on my mind since cutting out dairy, so I have been trying to focus on comfort foods. Case in point, I roasted four acorn squash for AG and I on Monday night and we inhaled it. The warmth, sweetness, and richness really hit the spot. I am so thankful for filling and delicious foods. Links to this post. Tuesday, November 6, 2012. 30 Days of Thanks (6) - Potties.
