A tale of two pepers. September 8, 2014. A Little Camping Trip. Over labor day weekend, we celebrated riley’s birthday by going rock climbing, eating cheesecake, and going camping! It was just a little over-nighter but riley was dying to try out his new pack he got from his parents! I couldn’t wait for morning when riley would make us a nice fire and we’d eat roasted s’mores pop tarts. In the morning, he chased so many deer but he had nothing on them! He was so happy to finally go home :).

A tale of two pepers. April 28, 2015. Two Pepers Cook: Sopapillas. If you know my husband, then you know he’s an awesome cook! Our good friend even said once that the peper kitchen is one of the hidden gems of SLC ;) sometimes riley makes things up as he goes and it turns out amazing and sometimes he tries crazy delicious recipes. obviously this makes me very happy since I’m a horrible cook and I would starve without him. The other night, he came home from class and decided he wanted to make sopapillas!

A tale of two pepers. May 30, 2015. Little Dates #9: Green Bikes. For Riley’s May date, he planned a night of riding around the city on the green bikes! This is one of our favorite things to do in SLC when the weather warms up. It hasn’t exactly warmed up here since its been raining all month long, but we got lucky enough one day to spend it outside! Biking around the city is the best way to see it! Although, you have to stay. I was pretty shocked I made it all the way up without walking it though :).

A tale of two pepers. August 30, 2015. We are getting old! Riley was 22 and i was 20 when we met! It’s a little scary how fast time flies! All i can say is that i am so happy riley was born 25 years ago! He is an amazing human! He is so honest and selfless and loving. he loves the outdoors and going on adventures. I am reminded everyday how lucky I am that he’s mine! He’s my tall blonde and handsome :). On Saturday, we went to a big pool pary (complete with j dawgs and gelato! It was such a fun day!
