Today, I felt so guilty for not working out on Friday and not doing the videos (only the 4 miles) on Saturday that I did Friday and Saturday's workouts today! Yes, I did Phase 1 Kardio, Phase 1 Pull, Phase 1 Push and Yoga! Funny thing though, I felt great afterwards and my daughter said, you are doing so good mom, I'm proud of you :-). Until my next post.

Saturday, November 12, 2011. 17 months and 7 months. We have made it to my 3rd trimester! We are thrilled and relieved to be here safe and sound. Noah is moving around lots these days. That brings more sleepless nights, but feeling his stronger punches means he is growing strong. What are we doing? For my future ( Noah comparing) reference: Olivia is still at 2, 1 hr naps at 10 and 2 and sleeping at night 7-7. I love our huge, patriarchal-like, family.
