Thursday, July 17, 2008. Something to Blog About. Honestly, we have had a lot of things to blog about over the last couple of months, but I have been very neglectful. I have lots of excuses, but I will skip all of those for now to share something very exciting: Lisa and I just felt the baby move! 17 weeks pregnant and that little one is already trying to get out. You go kid! Isn't that sweet and friendly. I love Baby Sheep. Baby Sheep, aka Patrick Ross Ruchti. Labels: Break Dancing Baby. A Life Well Lived.

Baby Sheep: November 2008
http://lizandlisababysheep.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 19, 2008. Pics of Baby Rick. OK I have been promising you pictures of Patrick Ross in 3D ultrasound form. These things are amazing! You can actually tell what he looks like. He's still a little alien looking, but damn cute. Lisa is absolutely smitten with him. I think he'll do. He looks like a little sleepy. or profound, depending on what you are looking for. This one is of Patrick when. He was only 29 weeks. Baby Sheep, aka Patrick Ross Ruchti. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Baby Sheep: Making Room for Rick
http://lizandlisababysheep.blogspot.com/2008/10/making-room-for-rick.html
Wednesday, October 1, 2008. Making Room for Rick. Anyhoo. The room is sort of put together now. It is a nice mix of little girl and little boy stuff and a whole lot of stuff in between. (We have lots of nieces so we have a bunch of pink stuff. We have been getting boy stuff lately. We mostly bought gender neutral stuff ourselves, though. It works well.). On the vomit front: Rick no longer likes McDonalds, which is great; but I have yet to figure out what he does. Baby Sheep, aka Patrick Ross Ruchti.

Baby Sheep: September 2008
http://lizandlisababysheep.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 14, 2008. Oh, and. Patrick likes Lisa Best! So, while Baby Rick likes to make me throw up on a regular basis still, while he likes to step on my bladder in the middle of an important teaching moment, while he keeps me up all night with his over-active antics. Do you know what he does to Lisa? He follows her voice around my belly! And he doesn't make her throw up or anything. Well, he does make her go to McDonalds against her will, but he doesn't make her eat it, just buy it. And suspend...

Baby Sheep: Having a Baby is Kind of Like Farming, Right?
http://lizandlisababysheep.blogspot.com/2008/09/having-baby-is-kind-of-like-farming.html
Sunday, September 14, 2008. Having a Baby is Kind of Like Farming, Right? For now, however, I remain stubbornly attached to my own butch aesthetic. Lisa took me out about two weeks ago and bought me a couple of pairs of really big jeans, button-down shirts (with snaps, which I love! Well, that's all for now. I must return to grading and working on the play and watching football. Baby Sheep, aka Patrick Ross Ruchti. I can't stop laughing - you solved the problem brilliantly! September 16, 2008 at 5:34 AM.

Baby Sheep: August 2008

Tuesday, August 12, 2008. The Annual Relocation and an Update on Pants. It seems every year we move. And that is what we are up to right now. I would like to say that we won't be moving next year this time, but I'm sure we will. We are really only moving this year to be closer to work for Baby Rick's impending arrival. Next year we may move back to Philly, who knows. Show her the respect she has earned! Baby Sheep, aka Patrick Ross Ruchti. Thursday, August 7, 2008. Denim Does Not Butch Make. As it is sum...

Baby Sheep: October 2008
http://lizandlisababysheep.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 26, 2008. Baby Rick Asserts His Authority. Unfortunately, I am not so cute these days. Much cuter than my ulcer, but that says very little because my ulcer is damn ugly. I can't decide whether to attach a picture of it or not. I find it fascinating, but others find it nauseating; which is appropriate considering it was my 7 months of vomiting that brought on this ulcer. OK, so here is the run down: I went into the hospital two Saturdays ago when a braxton hicks (sp? I have an Outie Now.

Baby Sheep: May 2008
http://lizandlisababysheep.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 20, 2008. Who is Baby Sheep? So, who is Baby Sheep? Yesterday, we told our neighbor Mike that we are expecting a baby. He was very excited, until Lisa pointed to my belly. At which point he stood there with his mouth gaping open. After mumbling a few non-sensical words he finally explained he was speechless. [We had already gathered that.]. She said, "I don't know. I guess I wanted to take one for the team.". This is how Lisa became Femme Daddy and I became Butch Mommy. A Life Well Lived.
