http://ericandshelleyrose.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 29, 2013. Leading up to Emmeline's Birth. I've been meaning to write this post for quite some time, but mommyhood has kept me very busy. I must admit it's harder and more time consuming than I thought. Yes, I was one of "those" people who kinda wondered why new moms fall off the grid for awhile. I mean babies sleep a lot, so why are thy so busy? Well, let me tell you. my eyes have been opened and hopefully this explains my tardiness with posting. Posted by Shelley and Eric. J A = ♥.

Rose Family: Pumpkin Patch Round 2
http://ericandshelleyrose.blogspot.com/2013/12/pumpkin-patch-round-2.html
Friday, December 6, 2013. Pumpkin Patch Round 2. My sister Heather is pregnant with her third baby and was put on bed-rest for several weeks. Unfortunately her bed-rest coincided with Halloween. Their daughter Aleksa was disappointed that they wouldn't make it to the pumpkin patch this year. Since we came to town to visit the week before Halloween, we thought it would be fun to take Aleksa to the pumpkin patch to get her pumpkin. You can see the pumpkin fields in the distance. And furthermore they had a ...

Rose Family: Carving Pumpkins
http://ericandshelleyrose.blogspot.com/2013/12/carving-pumpkins.html
Sunday, December 8, 2013. Usually every year we get too excited and carve our pumpkins weeks before Halloween, and then they are completely withered and the designs unrecognizable by Halloween. But this year, because October was so busy, we carved them just a few days before Halloween. We made it our Monday night activity. She was pretty proud of the pumpkin daddy carved. She loves leaning her head back to look at things, so cute. Posted by Shelley and Eric. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Rose Family: Ben
http://ericandshelleyrose.blogspot.com/2014/01/ben.html
Thursday, January 16, 2014. Grandpa Andrus and Ben 2010. I hardly know what to say. But I feel like I should say something and not pretend like nothing happened, and that everything is okay, because it's not. On October 12, 2013, Eric's little brother Ben passed away. It was unexpected and tragic, but we are dealing with it thanks to the knowledge of the Plan of Salvation and the Atonement (which heals all pain, not just sin). I can't imagine loosing someone and not knowing that we will see him again, it...

Saturday, June 29, 2013. Emmeline at 2 Months. Having a baby threw my world upside down and I had to figure out how my new life functions. At 2 months postpartum I finally feel like my life has started to make sense again. Oh, and her 2 month checkup- was as predicted: awful! Her 2 month stats:. Weight: 9 lbs. 6 oz. 17%. Height: 22.5 in. 59%. Head circ: 14.5 in. 9%. Picture of the day we went for her checkup. She smiles a lot now, and will even smile at strangers. We love this picture! When Emmeline was ...

http://manning-the-post.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 17, 2014. We made a quick getaway to Florida between Thanksgiving and Christmas break this year, and it was wonderful! Early December may not be typical vacation time, but we decided to take some time off before Jeff's busy season at work starts and he gets consumed with accounting duties until the spring. Mary and Dean were our travel companions and we had a great time together! Seriously, high 70's in December? Skulkin' aroung Knockturn Alley. Platform 9 3/4 was amazing! It was fun ...

Sunday, November 30, 2014. Ugly Sweater Run 2014. The best way to kick off the Holiday season . . . take part in the Ugly Sweater Run! Mary and Dean joined us in this merriest of 5k's and we had a jolly good time. Love the knit caps we got for participating! And the giant Santa . . .which looked more like a giant gnome. It was fun running with everyone in our christmas gear. A couple of christmas elves. Jeff is way better at heel clicking than I am. Monday, November 24, 2014. Sunday, November 16, 2014.

Training for the New Job | ManningthePost
https://manningthepost.wordpress.com/2013/05/27/training-for-the-new-job
A blog about us. Training for the New Job. May 27, 2013. I started training for the new job I’ll be doing this summer! They put me up in a hotel room, got me a rental car (which was shared with three other girls), and held the classes at the beautiful Mills College campus. Some parts of Oakland are pretty sketchy, but the campus we trained on was really nice. It was my first real business trip! The beautiful campus of Mills College. You can see the medieval looking clock tower in the background. I had my...

Strawberry Days Rodeo | ManningthePost
https://manningthepost.wordpress.com/2013/06/22/strawberry-days-rodeo
A blog about us. June 22, 2013. We spent the evening with Brooke and McKay at the Pleasant Grove Rodeo! It was really cool! I didn’t really know what to expect apart from bucking broncos, but there were a lot of really fun events. A personal favorite was the “Cash Cow” event. All the kids from the stands were called down to the pit where, at the sound of a horn, they chased after two calves that had dollar bills taped all over them. To Idaho I Go. Happy 4th of July 2013! Saturday, January 3, 2015. This year found in Boise with my side of the family for Christmas. We arrived in Boise around noon on Christmas Eve and had a full day. My family just opened another candy shop in downtown Boise! My brothers had driven down from Oregon and arrived that evening, and we did get to spend a little time with them in between all of the busyness. We. Mom and the freshly groomed christmas pooch. Christmas morning came and I was the first one to wake up! Dump it to krumpit trash gift.
