Thursday, December 27, 2012. Marcus had his first band concert. Jake was his usual cute self. Lizzy is getting bigger and cuter! James is 2nd chair in his concert band. And the pianist for Jazz Band.(this gets us up before 6 every school day). Jake, still being his cute self :). Christmas Eve, everyone that wants to shares their talents. Thursday, December 20, 2012. Of course, they had to sit on Santa Clause's lap : ). Taylor's art work was on display at the UW. Art Center(it's the castle on top). Our annual ginger bread houses. Garrett made me a stocking hanger : ). I have always wanted an awesome Christmas advent calendar, but I refused to buy one.so,. I made one : ). Your advent calendar turned out really nice! Wednesday, November 28, 2012. I hate to cook! Ever night I hear "Mom, what's for dinner" I cringe! A few weeks ago, I decided to remedy that, and now, I only have to cook 2 nights a week :). I decided it's time the kids learn how to cook. James could be going on a mission in 4 1/2 years and he needs to be prepared, right? So each kid got to choose a favorite meal and I started teaching them how to cook it. As soon as they've mastered that meal, they get to choose a different one to learn how to cook.

In fact, I'm pretty sure I almost ripped a cabinet door of its hinges today! I'm starting to think that this challenge is detrimental to my marriage! To see Cameron's stages. It's a wonderful life. Monday, January 10, 2011. I'm grateful for my heritage and the legacy they have left to follow. As I hung these pictures (given at Christmas by my parents as per my request for pics of the grandparents) I thought of the amazing qualities each person had. Monday, June 1, 2009. On Wednesday May 27th Carson Micheal Kubalek arrived! I love little Carson so much, he has a sweet, and pure spirit that fills our home with peace and testifys to me that only a few days ago he was with his loving Heavenly Father. He is a blessing.
