I miss how excited you were about life. You have truly inspired me to live a better life, to serve more, to be more. I miss how you filled any room with joy. It is so quiet here without you. I miss your loud voice. I miss our Sunday dinners, our weekly get-togethers, our vacations, our camping trips, our holidays we would spend together, etc.

Monday, July 19, 2010. I need some new books to read, and am looking for book suggestions! I just barely finished The Help (slow but good), The Hunger Games, and Catching Fire. B oth these books kept me hooked, resulting in a lot of time in her swing for Adley (half serious, half joking). So I need to know what other books I should add to my list (promising I won't further neglect my child). Please leave your suggestions! Pop an ice cube out, let it thaw. Thursday, June 24, 2010. Father's Day in Seattle. As always, our trip to Seattle was a lot of fun, but went by way too fast! I was nervous for Adley's first plane ride. She actually did very well, only letting out a few peeps. When she did squeal, an older woman so graciously kept telling us what she thought was wrong with our baby. She told us our baby was both cold and uncomfortable. At one point she even told us she probably wanted her headband taken off. Was this lady serious? Adley met Baby Max.

Tuesday, November 25, 2008. Aren't my two boys just so cute together! Naked babies are the cutest! 2 more, i promise! But not for long, i'm sure! Yeah, i know i'm really obsessed! Going home from the hospital day! The outift we brought to the hospital to take him home in was ginormous on him! None of his newborn stuff fits quite yet! I think he inherited moma's current double chin! Great Grandma and Grandpa Whitaker. Friend Lyndsey and me trying my hardest to sit up in bed! More pics of our little guy!

Tuesday, December 16, 2008. I think this has to be my favorite picture of Brody yet! It is the funniest thing i've ever seen! I can't help but laugh out loud everytime i look at it! Here is some more pics of Brody! Isn't he just the cutest! Looking a little confused! Look at that belly! We gave Brody his first bath today! I think he liked the water, but he seemed pretty confused and he did NOT like being cold afterwards! We got some great shots! He will be 4 weeks old tomorrow! But aren't they SO cute!
