I know that you can change things/set goals anytime. but I think the thought of a new year. It is an excellent reason to set new goals! Last year I think I may have set the bar a little too high (Words of my brother in law Spencer). This year I decided to set more realistic expectations. Last year I had 11 new year's resolutions.
