Carving pumpkins was even fun and I hate that part! We took Garrett trick-or-treating in our town square and then to the mall. We were done by dark and home to pass out candy. Hhhuuuuu kkkkuuuuuhhhhh (that's my attempt to write what Darth Vader says! Glad he had a good time. Did he keep the mask on the whole time?

All the cool kids are doing it! Monday, November 5, 2007. Two weeks off the sauce. Diet Coke, that is. I decided to give it a try and I'm proud to report. It's amazing, I cut out Diet Coke and I don't need the aid of Benadryl to fall asleep at night! Imagine that. I actually feel great now that the headaches and shaking have subsided. Sunday, May 31, 2009. Smiles. eggs and trains. All I wanted for Mother's Day was a cute picture of my kids all together, smiling, with clean clothes, loving each other. In other words, all I wanted was the near impossible. It didn't help that I was grumpy, and I attempted this feat right after 3 hours of church, but thanks to my mom, we prevailed. She almost gave herself a hernia standing behind me making faces as I took the pictures. We took the kids to the the "Day out with Thomas" train ride in Heber.

We have been monitoring his right kidney since I was 20 weeks pregnant. He had surgery on it when he was 2 1/2. That's was almost 2 years ago. Saturday, September 10, 2011. I can't believe that the time had come for Averie to start pre-school. She was excited.I was in tears. The night before school started we decided to have a "back to school" celebration. Averie got to pick the dinner menu and we celebrated school starting. I just want to pinch those sweet cheeks!
