It’s just pressing a few buttons on a mobile device that looks like a phone, making it overall, very simple and easy to use. I forget I have it, and diabetes in general, a lot whilst wearing it as it is so unnoticeable. Experiences of a type 1 diabetic girl. Exercise – just do it. I can’t even explain how important exercise is, for people without diabetes we all know it’s important, for people with diabetes it is. I wish I’d just been more confident and just did things because I wanted to, no matter what other people thought. You make loads of friends at these things anyway.
