Pae and Guy: First 100K...When? Where? What race?
http://pae-and-guy.blogspot.com/2015/03/first-100kwhen-where-what-race.html
Saturday, March 14, 2015. After doing the 66km trail on Koh Chang (UTKC), running TNF twice (50K) and running 86km at the 10hr ultra last year, I've been thinking more and more about attempting my first 100k. The organizer of the UTKC hinted that next year would be 100km rather than 66km.so that is an option. It's an interesting option because the 100km on Koh Chang would likely be a single 100km loop, positive. I've suffered greatly on this course already, kind of a negative mentally. Eric's already dab...

Pae and Guy: November 2014

Sunday, November 16, 2014. Bangkok Marathon 2014.errrrrr. I was supposed to have a really difficult time sleeping last night. I was supposed to have been pounding pasta and rice and fruit juices for the past 96 hours. I was supposed to go get my finisher medal last week at the race pack pick up. (The Bangkok Marathon is the only one I'm aware of that gives the finisher medal to the participants a week before they even toe the line! And three races in the first 60 days of 2015. Links to this post. Pae has...

Pae and Guy: Bunny Heaven...We love you BunBun
http://pae-and-guy.blogspot.com/2015/05/bunny-heavenwe-love-you-bunbun.html
Sunday, May 3, 2015. Bunny Heaven. We love you BunBun. BunBun came into our lives a sweet little bunny boy and gave hugs and cuddles and kisses every day. He had a personality of his own and individual relationships with each of us. He was mommy's little prince and liked to hang out with mommy on the couch, loved when mommy gave him kisses and always took care of daddy when mommy was away. We are both very sad as he was only about four years old and our first little boy. It felt, for many days, like there...

Pae and Guy: May 2014

Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Bangpu Mini Marathon 2014. Not another running entry! Oh but wait.this one's different. This past weekend, we were out praying at two Buddhist temples in Bangkok. We were walking to an overpass to cross the road to Central World (previously burned down by the protests in like, 2011? We ran at least half of the race and got our walking in also. Pae lamented, as we broke into a walk after two kilometers of running, "I hope we don't finish last", hahaha! I've had that feeling before!

Pae and Guy: March 2014

Thursday, March 20, 2014. The BunBun Guide to Rabbit Positions. So yeah, if you looked on my computer in a folder called "Bungy" you'd find literally thousands of photos of him. There's only so much a bunny can do, and they have basically only a handful of body positions that they can be commonly found in. Here are some of Bungy's positions:. Whenever Bun is just hanging out and wants to know what's going on all around him, he'll find a good vantage point where he can see everybody in the room. I think h...

Pae and Guy: November 2013
http://pae-and-guy.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 24, 2013. Three Bangkok Marathons in Two Years. Sometimes I forget that we ran the Bangkok Marathon 2011 in February of 2012 because of the floods here in Bangkok. I looked back at all of the photos we've gotten from race photographers and I thought it would be funny to look at a collage of our past three Bangkok Marathons. Of course was quite anti-climactic, but memorable! Was just this past Sunday. We both knocked 10 minutes off of our personal bests and had solid runs. Since I started...

spicesiam: another one " maybe " dying
http://spicesiam.blogspot.com/2006/02/another-one-maybe-dying.html
Spicesiam. A spicy trip into my thoughts, photos, lifestyle amongst other ramblings. Tuesday, February 28, 2006. Another one " maybe " dying. Pui is off for four days to visit her father in the hospital in Phitsanulok. He's apparently had some kind of thoracic surgery and is now in the ICU. Over the last two weeks, my maid Go made two daytrips down to Rayong to visit her friend who is deathly ill in the hospital. From a blog in pattaya siam pattayajill. Spicesiam. A spicy trip into my thoughts, photos, lifestyle amongst other ramblings. Tuesday, February 28, 2006. I sometimes read the posts at thaivisa and thought id post one. Most of the posters seem very jaded. A bit like stickmans site, but its still funny reading them fight amongst themselves. The farangs in thailand really crack me up. Wanted German's run ended. Romuald Mariusz Wanatowicz, 49, was arrested on Monday in Lampang province where he lived with his Thai wife. A Bangladeshi police said us...

spicesiam: Kick boxing in pattaya
http://spicesiam.blogspot.com/2006/02/kick-boxing-in-pattaya.html
Spicesiam. A spicy trip into my thoughts, photos, lifestyle amongst other ramblings. Tuesday, February 28, 2006. Kick boxing in pattaya. Kaiju Shakedown, a Variety magazine wholly owned subsidiary, and your best place for breaking news on transsexual kickboxers in Thailand, provides you something to do this Sunday, if you happen to be hanging out in Pattaya. It’s a matter of dignity. We both need the victory because I was a Muay Thai champion and the Japanese boxer cannot lose to a woman.".
