Friday, October 19, 2007. We just booked a trip with Rotalis: Vienna to Budapest, May 17-24, 2008. Biking with that group is always great fun and hard work. Bootcamp situation in the morning - ready to roll at 8:30AM sharp. But they go to all those less known treasures of art and history. The guides are lovely and extremely knowledgeable young people - usually students. Hotels and restaurants they select are great and often unique: former monasteries, palaces, etc. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Monday, September 24, 2007. Saturday, September 22, 2007. Slalom Waterskiing with a Bad Hip. By the way, this is not really an original idea. In the fifties, when ski boats were quite underpowered, even competitive slalom skiers had to use a drop ski. Presently, I ski about 3 times a week, I even joined an amateur slalom ski league called INT. Thanks to a little ingenuity, I continue to have a lot of fun waterskiing at my age.
