Exhale and Be: About Meg
http://exhaleandbe.blogspot.com/p/about-meg.html
Welcome to my little corner of cyberspace. A bit about myself. My name is Meg and am I a thirty-something living in a sleepy little town in northern Michigan, near the shores of Lake Michigan. I always say that when I grow up I am going to move to the big city, but where I call home feeds my need for quiet places and open spaces. I live here with my giant bear of a dog, Bandit. I also love cooking, crafting, movies and photography. Sherlock Holmes, the Detroit Tigers, and my first love was Han Solo.

Guacamole | The Learning Bite
https://thelearningbite.wordpress.com/2012/12/31/guacamole
Basics for the new and evolving foodie. December 31, 2012. I know my friend Micah over at Unabashedly Me. Has been waiting for this one. Store bought guacamole (that isn’t made on site) is full of chemicals and preservatives that help it keep it’s avocado green color, and sugar to balance out the acidity of said chemicals, leaving it with very little actual avocado taste. If you’re having a big party, you’ll want to double the recipe. 2 Serrano peppers (use 1 if you have a low tolerance for spicy things).

Naturally [not very] thin. The skinny girl challenge. On July 27, 2010 · 4 Comments. The old, “I can sleep when I’m dead” saying, really isn’t helping you. Yeah, yeah, you’re invincible, buddy – but you’re exhausted, sluggish, and probably a little overweight. Sleep is good for you. This week I have had little sleep. Late nights, early morning, double-shifts at work I’m exhausted, both mentally and physically, and a little emotionally exhausted because of family issues. I’ve ignored diminishing returns&#...

Who would you be? | Rena Olsen

Write like no one is reading. Sometimes I give up. Timing is everything →. Who would you be? July 2, 2015. Have you ever thought about which character you’d be if you were in a book? I mean, sure, we all hope we’d be the main character, right? The one to save the day? Or at least to be the love interest. The one all the other characters (not to mention the readers) pine for. But books would be boring if it was just main characters and love interests. Who would the MC fight against? Who would they save?

Exhale and Be: What In My (Gym) Bag
http://exhaleandbe.blogspot.com/2015/01/what-in-my-gym-bag.html
What In My (Gym) Bag. I admit it, I love all those "what's in my bag! I think I like them because they remind me that no, I'm not alone in carrying all the stuff with me. Sometimes totally necessary. Sometimes totally random. I thought I'd share with you all what goes with me to the gym. First, the bag! Anywho, I am currently using a bag from Haiku. I absolutely adore this line of bags and when I was able to scoop one up for myself (hello discount and gift certificate! I always have a long sleeve shirt o...

Exhale and Be: November 2014
http://exhaleandbe.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Drop it Like a Squat. I'd thought about doing some big long intro about why I decided to start this blog, what I wanted this space to be and blah, blah, blah. But we'll get there. There are still bits of that story I am trying to give a voice to. And when that time comes, then I'll be happy to share what prompted this journey. Until then, we're just going to dive right in. I've always been leery of those monthly exercise challenges. I don't know why. You Can't Have My Number. So, how much weight have.
