We had a little review sesh. on Monday and we talked about the key points of the fundamentals from Family Relations. Systems theory: wholistic, homeostasis, rules, roles; focus on social systems and how each part functions. Discussing the topic of parenting this last week has given me the chance to reflect on my own parents in addition to the way I was raised and am still being raised. :). Here are some things that have stood out to me in our class discussions/reading assignments:. Having a family is self-fulfilling. Q: Why is there a decline in the number of kids people are having?
