Saturday, 16 July 2011. Cornflakes with semi skimmed milk. Pizza and salad ( went to pizza hut for shannons b'day only had 2 slices of pizza and lots of salad ). Chicken in a tortilla wrap and salad. Tuesday, 5 July 2011. 4x ryvita with houmous. Had avery good training session outside in the sunshine ,it was hard going in the heat but i got through it in quick time . 2Hrs TKD tea time the adults class was hot and sweaty . Had avery good TKD class today very sweaty well for everyone else but not for me ,it really shows how fit i am comparred to others and that makes me feel really good . Coming to the end of my 12 weeks now and i have to say it has gone quite quick evenh when i have found it tough but you get through it . Monday, 25 July 2011. Hi guys sorry it's late but my husband got rushed in to hospital last week . ARM 33.5cm 28cm 5.5cm. CHEST 103cm 96cm 7cm. WAIST 94cm 87cm 7cm. ABDOMEN 96cm 84cm 8cm. HIPS 104cm 91cm 13cm. WEIGHT 13.9 12.12 11Ibs. THATS A TOTAL OF 40cm (15.5' ) LOST. I HOPE I HAVE INSPIRED OTHERS TO GIVE IT A GO ,I WONT SAY IT HAS BEEN EASY BECAUSE IT HASN'T BUT I HAVE ENJOYED IT WHICH MADE IT EASIER . I WOULD LIKE TO SAY A BIG THANKS TO KAI FOR HELPING ME GET THESE RESULTS . Labels: Final weigh in.

Wednesday, 6 July 2011. Had a very hard session with Kai today he upped the intensity which i needed in all fairness but i enjoyed it.
