Isaac Palatt: Art, Climbing, Life. Sunday, December 08, 2013. On the Road and Back . Thanksgiving in Bishop and three days in Flagstaff. As I have done many years in the past, I spent this Thanksgiving up in Bishop, climbing on boulders and camping with some of my favorite people. Alexandra, Kristiana, Culin, and I left LA on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and unfortunately got in so late that we had hardly an hour to climb before darkness. Alexandra working the "Cave Problem" (v6). Friday was somewhat mo...

I bouldered in Kraft and Gateway Canyon four days in a row with great crews of wonderful people and New Year's Eve brought friends old and new. For the sake of getting something posted, I'm just going to dump a bunch of photos without too much commentary. The Cube from the Kraft Boulders. Fear of a Black Hat. Max on "Book of Nightmares". Anthony on the same.

http://palatinski.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Isaac Palatt: Art, Climbing, Life. Thursday, December 20, 2012. Another Day in JTree and Four in Bishop. Last Sunday, I went out to JTree with Patrick Luther for a short bouldering day trip. It was a beautiful day with perfect temps, aside from the intermittent freezing wind. I managed to punt off of the very end of Cave Man Sit Start. Twice, but at least Patrick managed to send. Needless to say, I'm looking forward to going back to that one. Patrick starting "Cave Man Sit" (v10). V3) and onsighted The R...

Isaac Palatt: Art, Climbing, Life. Sunday, March 09, 2014. The Kingdom Games were one part route setting competition (the first of its kind in the U.S.), one part brand launch for my friends Mike and Mike's new company Kingdom Climbing Holds. Isaac Palatt: Art, Climbing, Life: Things I Like: Evolv Bolts and Cruzers
http://palatinski.blogspot.com/2013/11/things-i-like-evolv-bolts-and-cruzers.html
Isaac Palatt: Art, Climbing, Life. Tuesday, November 19, 2013. Things I Like: Evolv Bolts and Cruzers. The Evolv Bolts in orange. I also love the stiffness of the toebox for edging, and the large surface-area toe platform for smearing. The Bolt is built on a trail running shoe last, so it's my choice for long days, serious hikes, or burly scrambling. Hard to believe these have seen several months of hard use. New Evolv Cruzers are more durable than ever. Is where it's at! Thanks again to Evolv. Subscribe...

Isaac Palatt: Art, Climbing, Life. Friday, August 31, 2012. Return to Craig's Cave. No, I didn't stop climbing outside, though I'm setting 3 to 4 days a week at various gyms.
