Mayfield, födelsedag och halloween! Jag berättade om hur taggad jag var inför matchen och hur mycket matchen betydde. Tyvärr räckte vi inte hela vägen och fick stryk med 4-1. Jag spelade bra i första halvlek, mindre bra i andra men men. Sur förlust men en riktig härlig känsla runt hela matchen ändå. Stor publik, härligt väder och bra uppladdning! Här kommer lite bilder:. Sports banquet och College! Nu när fotbollssäsongen har varit över ett tag var det dags för den officiella avslutningen, the banquet. Detta är en middag där spelare familj kommer och coachen pratar om säsongen, pratar individuellt om alla seniors och ger ut priser :). Slutade med att jag blev inröstad i "All Conference Team" och fick pris som "Most Valuable Offensive Player" för Brush. Var mycket nöjd med detta! Och jag fick mitt letter också, B för Brush High School och sen året, nice! Vi snackade lite ...

Thanksgiving och black friday. Kul att fira thanksgiving, en högtid som firas för att man ska vara tacksam för vad man har, men egentligen är det bara en täckmantel för att man ska äta hur mycket som helst! 6-poängsmatch och plats på skolhemsidan. Okej, mitt internet är lite konstigt nu igen, därför har jag varit lite seg! Kan börja med att länka, lokalkändis som man är! Fick plats på skolhemsidan efter att jag blev uttagen i All Sun s lag. Då jag är den typ fjärde personen som fått en omnämning individuellt i år så var jag hyfsat glad! NHL, passover och gambling. Igår kom dagen som jag hade längtat till och hoppats på, det var nog en av de sakerna som jag såg fram mest emot när jag tänkte på att bo i USA ett år! Jag var ju lagom glad då jag fick veta att just detta år skulle NHL genomgå en lockout, ett speluppbehåll, för att försöka fixa till det med löner och andra rättigheter så därför inget spel detta år! Last Thursday there were exactly 100 days left of my exchange, 100 days until I'll be back in Sweden. Such a short time! Today I have 95 days left, time goes so fast, it's crazy! Mixed feeling about that. Friday night I went to the schools talent show. Around 20 students performed. They were singing, dancing or playing an instrument. Funny to watch! Went to san Francisco last weekend to take the dog, she is now staying with Joe (my host brother who lives in San Francisco) over the summer as my parents are moving to Florida. We left early Friday morning and drove for 12 hours, long drive but went by fast. We had a good dinner at Joe's place and Chianti (the dog) seem happy to see her new home! For dinner we ordered some awesome pizza and then said goodbye to our lovely little dog. :(. Me, Joe, Chloe (his girlfriend). My american parents :).

I'm so lucky to have such wonderful family and friends. I've spent the rest of the week hanging out with friends or family. Finished packing up my suitcases yesterday, it was hard to fit all my clothes in my tiny closet but it worked. So far it has been great to be back home but it has also made me realize how good some of the things were back in Arizona. The things I miss the most are my american family, the dog, friends, speaking english and food (both my mom's and some reastaurants).

Though last week was my last track meet but apparently not. So yesterday (Wednesday) was the last time I ran on the track for this season. Ran the 800m as usual, improved my time with 11 seconds which is pretty good. Ran in 3min 3 sec :) Has been a fun season and it was so sad to turn in my uniform. I now have only 6 days left here in Arizona. OMG! It was Amani's church organizing it but it was open for everybody which was nice. The temperature at night right now is really nice, when the sun is shining is way to hot! But I enjoy it as much as possible in these last few days! We tanned, swam and relaxed. Last week was a winter spirit week. Spirit week is a week when we the school get together and dress up, o games and play music to promote the school spirit. This week's theme was "back to the old school". Monday was "cray cray Monday" where you were supposed to have your craziest outfit and mix and match! Me and Allanah (from Australia) on pajamas day! Mix and Match day! Notice my different shoes) This day I't felt like my entire closet matched. Caroline as a geek! Think I'm gonna stick with that. ;).

Officially I wasn't allowed to be in varsity as I'm a foreign exchange student so I got my JV diploma when they called my name but coach still gave me a Varsity letter later as a souvenir which was nice :). Today was the last school day for the seniors. It was sad to say goodbye :( I still have a week left of school, although they are all half days so it will go by fast! My first Track meet! Wednesday was my first Track meet. It was at Desert Edge Hight School so we took the yellow school busses there (always excited when we take the yellow school busses). Since we are 100 ppl on the team it was tight to fit everybody on the bus, we sat three people/seat. Tomorrow I'm not going to school, I'll have the "I'm going to Vegas disease".
