Sorry for being late posting. 3:00am Sugar Free Jello and Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding. 9:45am Protein Shake after workout. 7:30pm Egg and cheese sandwich made with two eggs. 11:00 Spicy Chicken Sandwich from Wendys w/Coke. 8:00 Fish Fillet Meal from McDonalds w/Coke. Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Hung out with coach today which was hard for me mentally and physically. I had to keep telling myself to push through it, push through it and I did and I'm glad I did. 10:30a Protein shake w/liquid multi-vitamin and flex seed oil. 8:00p MCD BLT Chicken/grilled meal and my body felt terrible, heavy, bloated, sluggish.
