Le parcours de Valérie Anjoras est incontestablement éclectique et révèle un véritable talent! En 1985, une première exposition, à Lyon, propose une trentaine de toiles dans une expression très réaliste. On y découvre des corps entrelacés qui s’attirent ou se repoussent et qui nous invitent à en suivre les courbes de la main. Puis Valérie décide de revenir à la peinture figurative avec une trentaine de toiles d’inspiration orientale, qu’elle expose en 2002 à Lyon.
