The message is that you need to set an environment in your classroom that in no-nonsense, business-oriented and where you are clearly in-charge. With this in mind, it also allows the students to think of everybody as the same. Wednesday, May 03, 2006. I don't think that skills play a very big role in creativity. It is very possible for a student to come up with new and interesting ways of doing things without actually having the skills to be able to do those things well. Some students have high cognitive skills that help foster their creativity but they do not posess the highly physical skills needed to apply their ideas. Posted by Stacy @ 9:05 AM.
