Of everything we did, the one thing I wish I could have caught on tape was her reaction when she woke up on Thursday morning and saw presents. The tales of our lives, meant to keep family and friends updated. Wednesday, April 20, 2011. Since it's been awhile. Jamen is now almost 7 months old. His babyhood is a blur to me. Probably from lack of sleep and too many distractions. But truly, a blur. I feel like he has gotten so big so fast. At his six month check up, he was in the 75th percentile for height, but has now dropped to the 5th percentile for weight. So much for keeping him on the charts! Moved to the crib and his own room. Somewhere between trips to Alaska, Vegas, and Idaho, taking swimming lessons and art lessons, playing with friends and cousins, and a bunch of other fun summer randomness, summer has come and gone. It is for sure one to be remembered! And, with the end of summer, our lives have been changed forever! Linzie has started Preschool. And, Dax has gone from this.

We had a fabulous Halloween in Morgan with the Adams fam; seeing all our Morgan friends at the business trick-or-treat, carving pumpkins, making sugar cookies, and then doing the trunk-or-treat with Grandpa and Grandma's ward (which was like a family reunion since a bunch of my aunts and uncles and cousins were there). This is one loved little boy! Even Jamen can't get enough of him. He spent the first week of his life on lights for jaundice, but is off of them now.
