Venturing Challenge — SHAC Venturing

Back to SHAC.org. 3450 County Road 317. Navasota, TX 77868. The Venturing Challenge is a weekend campout at a Bovay Scout Ranch. Registration can be done as a unit. All participants must be at least 14 years old. The registration fee is $15 per person includes a patch, and dinner on Saturday. Bring your own lunch. T-shirts must be ordered for $15 before 2/15/17. After 2/19/17, there is a $10 late fee. BSA Annual Health and Medical Record. Parts A and B (for all Scouting events) for every participant.

Venturers and adults will experience zip lining, a horseback trek, whitewater adventure, rock climbing, rappelling and much more. Scouts and Scouters can sign up individually. Is available for crews at Camp Brosig. And El Rancho Cima. The Getaway at Cima is a program available for crews who are camping at El Rancho Cima. Venturers can shoot rifle and shotgun, ride the horses, or zip down the longest zip line in Texas.

264 B ROOKEVILLE -. Boy Scout Troop 264 has been serving the boys of the. Brookeville - Olney - Laytonsville - Ashton, Maryland area since 1927. Extends that service to non-scouts and to youth up to age 21. Don't Hide Those Scout Patches and Awards! Venturing Crew 264 in Olney, MD. Was reactivated in October 2010. The Crew has approximately 12 members, both older scouts from Troop 264 as well as members who have no previous scouting experience. Venturing Crew 264 meets at St. John's on Mondays.
