Kvällen började med en kallpotatissoppa. Där efter massa smårätter! Här under eldad sparris med hummer och vikentomater. Löjrom med rökt gräddfil , anklever med nötmüsli, råbiff och abborre. Till det drack vi Mc Manis pinot noir. Abborren med gravad citron. Yoghurt med hallon, saltad mandel och roslagshonung!

Så var det dags att presentera 2011 års nyårsmeny! Bakad torsk eschabeche med jordärtskocka och sjökorall. Krydda torsken med socker och salt. Låt vila i 2 timmar i kyl. Baka sedan i ugn på 100 grader till en innetemperatur på 50 grader. 1 st liten morot, skuren i tunna ringar. 2 st schallotenlökar; finhackad. 1/2 st pkt saffran. Smaka av med salt.
