What are the benefits for On-the-Job Trainees? Create a plan which is approved by their employer, to complete 55 hours of community-based trainings. Have access to VCCICC’s tuition-free college courses, designed for the Apprenticeship Program. Receive support and guidance from a qualified mentor at their worksite. Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
