Spring / Summer Programs. Fall / Winter Programs. Barges - Outrigger Sprint Nationals. Learn to Dragon Boat, Outrigger Canoe, and Sprint Kayak. Youth will learn the basics of boating safety while developing good paddling skills and technique. Ages: 13 to 18 (approximately).
