如果任何表達意見的途徑都要基本法批淮，那樣，我在這裏寫這篇文章也不合法了，不如拘捕我吧因為基本法沒有寫明可以在個人網誌或facebook上表達意見況且，這次變相公投，在於表達意見，在於讓在任的立法會議員就著選民的意見投票，並不在於在法理上強制香港特區政府，甚至中央政府執行，所以何來違憲至於合憲與否，我想，基本上是應處理是否違憲便可以了，正如警察處理違法的人一樣. 有人認為變相公投浪費公帑，我想，既然那麼希望拿669億來建高鐵，為什麼拿1.5億來證明自己提出的政改方案得到市民認同又會變得很貴難道民望不值錢，地產商的意見才值錢，受中央眷顧才重要何時香港市民的意見賤過地底泥. 一月 20, 2010. 一月 31, 2010.
