April 9, 2011. Twins Completed One Whole Year. This day - one year ago - these two cuties entered the world! That was a BIG BIG day! For being so young they have already lived in 3 different states. It's been a whirl wind year. We have had a fun day celebrating our little chicks together as a family. It's always fun when Daddo's around. March 10, 2011. Here in Denver, we are only in our rental for a year. And that year is ending in only a few more months. But I have been itching to garden! So the girls and I planted some grass. I got rye grass seeds, and one afternoon we had fun digging in the dirt. inside even! The girls sprayed their seeds with a squirt bottle every morning. I gave them a bit more water again in the late afternoon. It only took 4 days for them to sprout. Felt like instant gratification. A butter yellow tea cup. March ...

We stuck the girls in their chairs and started singing "Happy Birthday". They seemed pretty confused with all the attention and singing for them. One of those memories. Thursday, October 6, 2011. Yummy Maple Orange Sweet Potatoes and Carrots! I found a recipe for this dish, gave it a few adjustments, and it made a wonderful side-dish! Give it a try:. Two small sweet potatoes. 1/2 LB of carrots. 1/4 C Syrup(Maple would be best). 1/4 C Orange Juice. 1/8 TSP White Pepper. 1/8 TSP Cinnamon(Use more if you really like cinnamon).
