My introduction to the world of early intervention, specialists, therapies, and "special needs". Wednesday, June 4, 2014. We had our IEP meeting for the transition to kindergarten yesterday. JEDI Momster: July 2013
http://jedimomster.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Tackling the Force that is my family. Monday, July 29, 2013. Because Life is Short . . . We went to our town's farmer's market the other day and after about 20 minutes perusing a handsome assortment of summer produce and fighting the crowds, one thing became clear: We're done with farmer's markets. Now, don't get me wrong. I love farmer's markets and local food. I avoid GMO's when I can and I think that we should all know where our food comes from. We have more than a couple of kids. One was nice, tw...

Tackling the Force that is my family. Friday, January 3, 2014. So I disappeared . . . I have to get up in less than 7 hours, but my house is quiet and I finally have a moment to update this blog on where we've been since I last posted about cat pee. And, much more significantly, our first foster care placement. Briefly, here's where we've been. That first foster placement? We said yes at 5:30pm and Mr. T was at our house by 7. Life is crazy. I am holding on for the ride. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Walde...
