Notes on an Aria: January 2010
http://notesonanaria.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 21, 2010. A friend of mine recently described the wonders of mud on a forum. I'm involved in and I was thoroughly. Inspired to have some muddy fun of our own. Boy am I glad we got out there and down and dirty in the earth! Playing around in mud is such a wonderful way to do this! She let out her trademark little Ooohs and Aaaaahs of pure glee as we patty-caked, stirred and squished. I think this grounding and getting out of the head by using the body was also fantastic for Mumma too!

A family's Journey: May 2015

Living, Loving, and Learning at home. Thursday, May 14, 2015. Thoughts on a Thursday. Links to this post. Wednesday, May 13, 2015. I had to put the socks aside, they are wonderful but tedious with the wee fingering weight yarn. Plus, Cae has been asking and asking for fingerless mitts. For months now. So I cast on a pair, almost done with mitt number two! So nice to work with worsted weight. Knits up so quickly! Links to this post. Tuesday, May 12, 2015. And now, I think, it is perfect! I am not sure this will make it for long, I will have to hide a jar waaaaay in the back of the freezer. It is such a lovely jam, looks like jewels. Links to this post. Monday, June 29, 2015. Autumn Nature Shelf | Homeschooling Happy Honeybee
https://hhhbee.wordpress.com/2013/09/21/autumn-nature-shelf
Celebrating the magic of learning. Boyce Thompson Arboretum State Park. September 21, 2013. Not everyone has an actual table to have their spot of nature for the kids to play with, and we are definitely in that category. My kids LOVE their Nature Spot! I pulled out the fall items for our nature table and put them on the top two shelves of this beautiful bookshelf my husband made. The kids are so happy🙂. I'm a wife to an awesome Army vet, and mother to four daughters and three step-sons! November 17, 2014.
