Wednesday, May 30, 2012. This picture was just after a haircut and I actually just gave Gavyn another one yesterday. I figured out that he holds pretty still and is captivated by the stuff in the tub so I cut his hair while he's taking a bath and just wash it down the drain. It should work for at least a little longer. :). He is also getting more creative with entertaining himself. some ways make us happier than others. Saturday, January 12, 2013. Well we have a house! And a list of "to do" and DIY's longer than both our arms. And it makes us so happy! While Jared was getting an ear-full from the "blinds lady" in Home Depot, Gavyn and I took an exploratory expedition through our new favorite store and munch on some fruit snacks. Most of the numbers were too big for me, but when we came across with one that said 3.50$ we got excited. And Gavyn decided to sit on it. :). I cut a stencil and started painting. :).

Thoughts on life and daily happenings. Sunday, November 6, 2011. Before the end of summer we went camping behind Y-Mountain with our friends. The road is called "Camelback" not to be confused with the famous Camelback Mountain in Arizona. Jeremy and I had driven it once before and really wanted to go back for a camp-out! Friday, September 30, 2011. Here is a cute video of Gavyn's new favorite sound effect. He was doing it all day yesterday. We have entered the infamous teething stage. It hasn't been as scary as I imagined. I think the only significant thing I've noticed is that it's a lot harder to help him get to sleep for naps and for bed at night. In the summer Jeremy and I really enjoy going on morning drives and one of our favorites is close to home and takes us down to Utah Lake.
