FuzzyFingers: Christmas Fair Saturday 1 December
http://fuzzyfingersuk.blogspot.com/2012/11/christmas-fair-sat-1-december.html
Tuesday, 27 November 2012. Christmas Fair Saturday 1 December. It seems to be the countdown to the big day starts earlier every year and as some one who has a November birthday, I've grown used to seeing decorations and lights up around the same time. There is something lovely about seeing it all especially with all the dull wet days we've been having. Also, having an enthusiastic 5 year old can't fail to raise a bit of festive cheer and excitement. Rugby ; Coventry Greyhound Trust. Promote your Page too.

Retired Greyhounds: March 2009
http://retiredhound.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
This is my thank-you to the wonderful dogs that I walk from the local Retired Greyhound Trust kennels. Monday, 30 March 2009. Many of the greyhounds at the local retired greyhound trust. Kennels are super on the lead. Somehow they just seem to KNOW how to walk to heel. Others are not so good. Last post I mentioned Becky. Who had been in the kennels for months because she pulls when she first goes out with a new walker. There are a few tricks I've been taught to get dogs to behave on the lead. Who couldn'...

This is my thank-you to the wonderful dogs that I walk from the local Retired Greyhound Trust kennels. Tuesday, 23 June 2009. Enjoying the tennis at Wimbledon? If you haven't got a ticket, but are still hoping to see some action you can always queue. It may take a few hours to get in, but it's a great atmosphere and every seems to have fun. Even better you may get to meet some greyhounds up close and personal. Volunteers from Wimbledon Greyhound Rescue. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Thistle Grove R...

Retired Greyhounds: Winter wonderland
http://retiredhound.blogspot.com/2009/02/winter-wonderland.html
This is my thank-you to the wonderful dogs that I walk from the local Retired Greyhound Trust kennels. Monday, 2 February 2009. Here in London we have had the worst snowfall in 18 years. As I sit in my office there's a heavy covering of snow elsewhere - I'd estimate nearly a foot - and apparently conditions will deteriorate throughout the day. Anyhow, hopefully, I'll be able to get to see everyone later in the week and I will hear all about the fun and games then. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

This is my thank-you to the wonderful dogs that I walk from the local Retired Greyhound Trust kennels. Wednesday, 24 June 2009. Another shout for black hounds. Apologies again for the downtime during May and the start of June due to exams. Don't try to learn anatomy in your mid-30s is my only advice). And apologies especially to Lesley who commented back in April. On how brilliant black greyhounds are. I've commented many times that the black dogs. Anyhow, here's Lesley's post. Kennels . Retired Greyhounds: February 2009
http://retiredhound.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
This is my thank-you to the wonderful dogs that I walk from the local Retired Greyhound Trust kennels. Friday, 27 February 2009. White House dog breed chosen. It looks like the Obamas have finally settled on a Portugese water hound. As the next dog-in-residence at the White House. Apparently the search is now on for a rescue dog. Like Portugese water hounds, greyhounds also seem to be good for some people that have allergies to dogs. This seems to be because they have just the one coat. One final hint - ...
