Menu Plan: week of 9.25. Its been a crazy busy week! The week ahead looks to be just as crazy busy. This week after school I have PT 3 days, an acupuncture appointment, a work meeting, and I am sure something else I am forgetting. Big Man’s works now until 4:30-5:00 most days. My journey to lose weight, get healthy and find my inner skinny girl. Saturday, October 29, 2011. I have been terrible about food journaling the past week. I've gotten very lazy about it and I know I have to stop. I know tracking my food and calorie intake has been key to my weight loss. I guess I've convinced myself I'm kinda tracking it in my head. But, I know that doesn't really work. I'm recommitting myself today, right now, to get back on track with my food journaling. Why would I do such a thing?

Wednesday, August 20, 2014. It's day 10. I am still going strong. I have had no sugar and hardly any carbs. I also have not weighed myself. Sept. 1 will be my weigh in day. Oh, I have been tempted to get on that scale, but I am trying to not let that be my motivation, only the result of a better lifestyle. All the time. Man, I just love yummy things to eat.
